National Action Plan on Fundamental and Human Rights 2017-2019
The second National Action Plan on Fundamental and Human Rights for years 2017-2019 was accepted by Government decision in principle 16 Februrary 2017.
Main areas of the second National Action Plan
In accordance with the independent assessment of the Government’s first National Action Plan on Fundamental and Human Rights (2012–2013) and the recommendations of Parliament’s Constitutional Law Committee, the National Action Plan was to focus on promoting the implementation of fundamental and human rights in specific areas:
- Fundamental and human rights education
- Equality
- The right to self-determination
- Fundamental rights and digitalisation
Projects included in the Action Plan
The Action Plan includes a total of 43 projects which are spread across the administrative branches of all ministries.
